These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and cczz com ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at cczz-com.org and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

To access the full range of cczz com services, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to all cczz com accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active cczz com account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine address, valid email address, and active mobile number.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. cczz com will never request your password through any channel.
• Non-Transferability: Your cczz com account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.
• KYC Compliance: cczz com is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to provide any documentation requested by cczz com for KYC purposes within the timeframe specified.

cczz com reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

cczz com accepts deposits through a range of Philippine payment methods. All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

• Accepted Methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, Metrobank online banking, and other payment methods as listed on the cczz com deposit page at the time of transaction.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). Minimum amounts for specific payment methods may vary and are displayed at the point of deposit.
• Currency: All transactions on cczz com are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in foreign currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
• Processing Time: GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your cczz com account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during business hours.
• Deposit Limits: cczz com may impose daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on accounts as part of its responsible gaming obligations. Players may also set their own deposit limits through the account settings dashboard.

cczz com is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly and transparently. The following terms apply to all withdrawal requests made through the cczz com platform:

• Withdrawal Methods: Withdrawals may be made to the same GCash, PayMaya, or bank account used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Validity: All bonuses have an expiry period, after which any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. The validity period for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cczz com platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and referral to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the cczz com platform or its games.

• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward cczz com staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.

All content on the cczz com platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, trademarks, and trade names — is the exclusive intellectual property of cczz com or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the cczz com platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the cczz com platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used by the cczz com platform.
• Use any cczz com trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that could cause confusion or that implies endorsement without prior written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the cczz com platform using automated tools.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, cczz com, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the cczz com platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical errors, platform downtime, or connectivity issues beyond cczz com's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the cczz com platform, including game odds, promotional terms, or account balance displays.

cczz com's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your cczz com account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cczz com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder or a regulatory authority.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the account holder against cczz com.

Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, cczz com reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including real-money funds, pending withdrawals, and bonus credits, where such forfeiture is permitted by applicable law and proportionate to the nature of the breach.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their cczz com account may do so at any time by contacting the 24/7 live support team. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC verification.

cczz com collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 10173) and the regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission. The cczz com Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions, sets out in detail the types of personal data collected, the purposes for which it is processed, the legal bases for processing, your rights as a data subject under Philippine law, and the measures taken by cczz com to protect your personal data.

cczz com will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and fraud prevention services as required by law or as necessary to provide the cczz com service.

cczz com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, cczz com will notify registered players by email to the address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the cczz com platform for a period of not less than 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the cczz com platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact our support team to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.

The version of these Terms that was in effect at the time of any dispute shall govern the resolution of that dispute, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to cczz com's internal dispute resolution process. Players may initiate a dispute by contacting the cczz com support team, who will acknowledge the complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process within 14 business days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or to the appropriate Philippine court of competent jurisdiction.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising from or related to these Terms shall be conducted exclusively in the courts of the Republic of the Philippines, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for this purpose.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, consistent with the original intent of the parties.
